SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All confirmed orders received by 4 PM IST will be shipped in the next 2 business days. If a courier service is not available for a particular place in India, the products will be sent through the service of the Indian Postal Department.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we at gardnerstreet.in ship via reputed e-commerce shipping partners.
Gardnerstreet.in offers free delivery above all orders of Rs.1000. For all other orders we charge Rs.70 as a flat delivery charge. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices. There are no hidden charges for delivery.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive your goodies within 1 – 7 working days. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Track your order
When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service, will be sent to you via email.
How can I cancel my order?
Please note that cancellations have to be made within a maximum 24 hours of placing an order.
A formal email specifying the Order Number has to be sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
Can you send a personalised message with the gift?
Yes, we can send your personalised message/greetings along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be hand-written and sent along with the gift.
We do not accept returns unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiry date.
Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition/ past its expiry date?
It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In case this happens, we would absolutely accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved to make such returns.

We will offer a refund only in case the product received is past its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In case you have used an online method of payment (Credit/Debit Card) we will initiate the refund using the payment gateway. In case you have paid cash or used your Paytm wallet, you will need to send the undermentioned bank details for us to process the refund:
- The Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Holder’s Name
- Bank Branch
- Bank Name
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Gardner Street order should match with the name of the bank account holder.
NEFT refunds will typically be processed in two business days from our end and will be credited to your account in three business days.
